We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to any address within Australia.
Shipping Costs
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on your preferred delivery option. Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
Australia-Wide Shipping: Delivered via Sendle. Special orders may incur lower rates.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more within Australia.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all products within 48 hours of receiving your order. We source products from Australia’s major organic manufacturers to ensure timely fulfillment.
However, due to high order volumes, the maximum anticipated dispatch period for discounted items is five (5) business days.
Shipping Carriers
We currently use Sendle for all deliveries. Please note:
Sendle services include insurance up to a fixed amount. Any loss or damage to parcels above that threshold is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
If you require more insurance for your shipment, please contact our team to arrange this for a small additional fee.
Loss and damage rates are minimal, occurring in approximately 0.3% of all deliveries.
Authority to Leave
Customers may opt to provide delivery instructions if they are unlikely to be home during delivery. Please include specific instructions in the order comments during checkout.
By selecting "Authority to Leave" during checkout (or over the phone with our Customer Service team), you agree to the following terms:
The delivery company will leave your parcel at your premises as per your instructions.
The parcel is deemed received when left at your premises, as indicated by the tracking number.
Yashie Natural Beauty and its courier service providers are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method.
You release Yashie Natural Beauty from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the Authority to Leave delivery.
Risk & Title
Ownership of the products in your order transfers to you once the parcel has been dispatched. Yashie Natural Beauty cannot refund orders that have already been dispatched, as indicated by the tracking number.
Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@yashie.com.au within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Change of Mind Returns
For "change of mind" returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.
We may provide a reply-paid label (at your cost, approximately $10), which may be a cheaper option in some cases. Please ask our team for assistance.
Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fees.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is not collected from the Australia Post collection point within 5 working days and is returned to us as unclaimed, a $10 charge per parcel will apply. If you would like us to resend the parcel, the $10 fee plus new shipping costs will apply.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:
Refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account.
Note: Requests for bank cheques or money orders will be processed weekly, in line with post office and bank visits. Associated fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Packaging Materials
Yashie Natural Beauty is committed to sustainability. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials, including recycled boxes and fillers, whenever possible.
